The Manor House is known for fine dining. Each day’s menu features the best produce of the local markets. In our busy season we reserve our bedrooms for our dinner guests. Bookings without dinner are therefore only taken on an availability basis for the period April 15 – October 15.

We have eleven bedrooms. The Manor House is a listed historical building, consequently the rooms are cozy, but are beautifully decorated with all modern conveniences including complimentary wireless internet. Six rooms have wonderful views of Oban Harbour. Two of the sea view rooms and one of the rooms looking over the front lawn are larger in size. One room is on the ground floor and is good for those wishing to avoid stairs.

Confirmations of reservations require a credit card guarantee of the first night’s charges. We have ample off street parking. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement but cannot left unattended or allowed in public rooms. In accordance with recent Scottish legislation, smoking is not allowed within the premises. We do not cater for children under the age of 12. We make no service charge, leaving this to the discretion of each guest. Prices include 17.5% VAT.  Prices are subject to revision until confirmed.
