The Manor House Hotel’s head chef Gerard McCluskie was at the Scottish Food Awards recently and in the Chef of the Year 2018: Style category Gerard won the Informal Fine Dining Gold Medal.
The Awards ceremony was held at The King’s Hall in Edinburgh on Sunday 20th May 2018 and Gerard was nominated for three categories:
