Manor House Wins Scottish Food Award

Manor House Hotel in Oban has won Hotel Restaurant of the Year for the Central Region at the Food Awards Scotland 2017.

Food Awards Scotland 2017 Regional Winner Manor House Hotel ObanThe award recognises the amazing work Manor House Head Chef Gerard McCluskie does in selecting the finest Scottish produce, much of it from suppliers in and around Oban, and creating dishes which allow the natural flavours of the ingredients to shine through as well as looking great on the plate.

The Food Awards Scotland celebrates the very best in Scottish food providers including kitchen and waiting staff. Because of the large number of nominees all staff at the Manor House are extremely proud of their achievement.

General Manager Gregor Mackinnon said the award is “fantastic” and sent a big “well done” to the whole Manor House kitchen team.
