Confirmations of reservations require a credit card guarantee of the first night’s charges. We have ample off street parking. A small dog is welcome if arranged in advance but cannot be left unattended in the room or allowed in public rooms. In accordance with Scottish legislation, smoking is not allowed within the premises. We do not  cater for children under the age of 12. We make no service charge, leaving this to the discretion of each guest. Prices include 20% VAT. Prices are subject to revision until confirmed.

There are no surprising charges or fees. The wifi, bottles of water, fruit , cookies, and coffee in your room, local telephone calls, golf, use of the gym, newspapers and friendly chatter are all included.
