The Manor House Hotel is a Georgian Villa overlooking Oban Bay.
Built in about 1780 as a dower house for the Duke of Argyll, The Manor House is now a deluxe boutique hotel in Oban.
Set on the southern side of Oban Harbour it has stunning views of the town, McCaig’s Tower and the islands of Lismore and Mull.
It’s an ideal setting for a relaxing break, romantic getaway or a luxurious travel stopover.

Relax in our lounge overlooking the Oban Bay. Have coffee and petite fours by the fireplace while catching up on the papers or special interest magazines.
Have a drink in our well stocked bar catching the sun setting over Mull while you consider the evening menu and your table is prepared.
Alternatively drop by for a bar lunch. The Manor House is popular within Oban as a quiet spot away from the bustle of town. With parking readily available it is an elegant meeting point for friends or business acquaintances.
The conservatory provides a light airy setting to spend some quiet time, perhaps catching up on some reading. Have your morning coffee or afternoon tea while soaking up the light atmosphere amidst our collection of plants and flowers.
We have a lovely multi-level garden on the shores of Oban Bay. On a fine day, enjoy lunch on the terrace or a drink before dinner. A great location to observe the harbour or watch the ferries arriving or departing to the islands.
The Manor House’s owner, P Leslie Crane is a Past Commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club and welcomes guests to use our deep water mooring in front of the hotel. The mooring is rated for a 60 ft boat. There is a staircase accessing the beach and old oyster pond but it can be slippery and a better bet may be to run your dinghy to the newly installed floating dock just west of the Manor House.
